prices are inclusive. Check out time on the day you collect your cat is
11.00am. If you collect your cat before this time no charge is made for
that day, however collection after 11.00am incurs an additional days
tariff. Late collections will be charged at the full daily rate,
regardless of time. |

A FEW TIPS
Please line your cat carrier with newspaper rather than jumpers, blankets, etc, as accidents do happen!
Please DO NOT feed your cat just before travelling; they are renowned for being travel sick.
Remove collars with magnetic cat flap keys, as these attach to metal feeding dishes. | |

If
possible, please deliver your cat as early as possible to allow
adequate time for the cat to settle in, during what can be a traumatic
time for some cats.
Lastly, DO NOT worry unduly about your cat, 99.9% settle in very
well and we make every effort to make their stay as pleasant as
possible. | |

CONDITIONS OF BOARDING
All
boarders must have proof of current and regular vaccination. If unable
to gain confirmation, we will not be able to accept your cat.
It is the owner's responsibility that their cat is in good health.
We must be made aware of any pre-existing conditions, medication or
diet requirements. |

Should a boarder become unwell, at our discretion we will seek veterinary advice. You are responsible for any costs.
We do not take provisional bookings. 48hrs notice is needed for cancellations & reduced stays.
Reservations not honoured will be pursued for recompense for breach of contract. |

If you have more than 1 cat and do not wish for them to share please advise at booking stage.
FLEAS - Please check prior to stay, if found they will be treated and a charge will be made.
Payment is due upon collection of your cat; we accept cash & cheques only. |
